Good to know
Strangers are not counsellors. The person you meet is someone like you, not a trained professional. If you are in danger, please reach a helpline or emergency service as well.
We cannot stop screenshots. The other person could capture their screen, so share only what you are comfortable with.
Consent comes first. In Open chats, which are text only, talk about your own thoughts and stop the moment someone asks. Anyone who crosses a line can be reported.
Be kind. Everyone here came to be heard. Anyone can be reported, and you must be 18 or older.
